Our programme of research & innovation addressing the most difficult business problems of the moment

The Collaborative Research Program is designed as a participatory process, to which our clients contribute and from which all parties take real answers to pressing business questions.

Research to Devise Alternative Business Strategies

The 2006-2008 sessions comprise several research projects which bring together executive partners from participating organizations, Capgemini experts, and academic advisors to work on emerging global and regional business trends. Coordinated from the UK, with activity in France, Germany and the Netherlands, the program studies existing business patterns in order to create alternative commercial strategies.

Through a series of workshops, interviews and surveys conducted by Capgemini’s Research & Innovation unit, program participants analyze new market trends, assess their current or potential impact on business practices, and propose solutions to improve responses accordingly. The findings will be published in a series of reports designed to facilitate the creation and deployment of alternative business strategies.
