The City of Rotterdam’s Henk van der Rijt explains how the RAIN experience enabled him to understand that “rapid innovation can be done” with the right enablers. Henk participated in a 1-day collaborative session in the RAIN environment in Utrecht. He is the City’s Manager of Strategy and Integration.
