Capgemini actively encourages employees at all levels to get involved in the communities in which we live and work. We channel our time, energy and creativity into having a positive impact.
Joining forces to help others strengthens team spirit, improves communication skills, and gives us a better understanding of the communities around us.
Our Community activities range from fundraising drives and direct financial contributions to a wide range of volunteer projects.
Our focus on community projects is very much aligned with our corporate purpose and values. Our main community projects are built around 3 core themes: Education (“Skills for the Future”), Diversity, and our growth as a company in India.
Examples include our involvement with large foundations such as the Prince’s Trust in the UK, the Naandi Foundation in India, and more recently the Naandi Foundation in Norway, United Way in North America and Sogeti’s involvement with PlaNet Finance.
